Terms of Service
Last updated: June 25, 2026
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using UniCare, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. Not Medical Advice
UniCare provides informational tools and AI-generated summaries. It is not a substitute for diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a qualified healthcare professional. In emergencies, contact local emergency services.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction (or 13+ with guardian consent where allowed).
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from Billing; access continues until the end of the current period. Refunds, where applicable, are at our discretion and per local law.
5. Acceptable Use
Don't misuse the service: no reverse engineering, automated scraping, unauthorized access, harmful content, or use in violation of law.
6. Your Content
You own the health data and documents you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate and improve the service for you.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniCare's liability is limited to fees you paid in the prior 12 months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account anytime from Settings.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; we'll change the "Last updated" date and notify material changes in-app.
