This page is maintained by UniCare to explain what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. UniCare is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.

1. Information We Collect

Account details (name, email), health log entries you create (cycles, symptoms, mood, sleep, water, medication), uploaded documents (lab reports), and basic device/usage data needed to operate the service.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and personalize features, generate AI insights you request, send reminders you opt into, process payments, and improve reliability and safety of the service.

3. Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share data only with processors required to run the service (hosting, payments, AI inference) under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law.

4. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted via role-based controls and row-level security. No system is perfectly secure — please use a strong password.

5. Your Rights

You may view, edit, export, or delete your data at any time from Settings. Deleting your account permanently removes your personal records subject to limited retention required by law.

6. Children

UniCare is not intended for users under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction).

We'll post updates on this page and adjust the "Last updated" date.
